考研英语阅读的文章多选自国外期刊，文章难度较大。对于有些考生而言，几乎不可能读懂文章中的每一句话，其实也没有必要这么做。在遇到难懂的句子时，考生有时可以通过句子内部的逻辑关系推测其含义。下面以2010年考研英语阅读Text 1的第23题为例来说明。
